Hello, I've been using my laptop for nearly five months so it is quite new. The problem I have recently is that sometimes the computer freezes while watching video on youtube and netflix application. It is making buzzing sound for 5-10 seconds not responding to any command, and then it is resuming the video. I found some articles on the internet that claim it might be an error caused by drivers, tried to update some of them especially realtek high definition audio manager and flash player for browser but nothing changed. After that, I reset windows to ensure that drivers are restored, but again the problem persists. If you have any suggestion to fix, I would be glad to hear from you. Thanks.

Go to Device Manager and right click your Wireless adapter, choose Properties. On the window that opens click on Power Management tab. Uncheck "Allow to turn off to save power".
If no joy-go to your Support page and update drivers, especially Intel/Nvidia graphics. If you have updated to Creators Update be sure to use the Nvidia for V,1703. Also update audio drivers.
