Laptop hinge broke

My  right laptop hinge broke causing my keyboard faceplate to break and back shell to break.  My Laptop is under warranty.  Also battery does not charge.  Power cord was damaged and unable to replace with HP power cord.  Need assistance on where to have laptop repaired.
