I am the owner of an HP ENVY Laptop 13
To give you context, it has never been dropped and nothing's every been spilled on it. It came apart all on it's own!
Three days ago,the rear hinge on my laptop separated so that every time I opened it, the left hinge stuck out. So in order to close it, I had to manually adjust the hinge to properly close it. It thereby made a distinct "clicking" sound each time I opened or closed the laptop. I also noticed the lower left corner where the screen is mounted began to separate as it was becoming unglued. All of these problems originated on the left side of the laptop.
Today, opening it gently, my touch panel is not working and screen went completely black. I purchased this laptop in July 2020 . Please help HP!
