My camera stopped working and I called Microsoft. We had a session and they could not find a driver in Device Manager. They suggest that possibly during one of their upgrades the driver was incompatible and possibly removed. In order to install one we went to HP support but upon entering the Serial # and Product # only Windows 10 operating system was showing and I have Window 11. HP page suggested that if I do not see driver in a listing then they do not have one. I am not sure how to resolve my problem, I wanted to start with proper driver installation for my camera.
