I am using HP 15s laptop with intel i5 11th gen and intel iris xe integrated gpu. I have recently downloaded Valorant. But I am getting 1 fps in even in menu or settings in the game. I have checked the task manger while the game is opened. It shows only 1% of igpu being used. I am using windows 11. Is there any solution?

Hi@akthar,
Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!
I see you are experiencing issues with the Laptop integrated gpu not working.
I recommend you follow the steps on this link and check if it helps.
I have a few recommendations
- Update your Notebook computer to latest BIOS F.36 from HP.COM.
- Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
- While installing updates and drivers during your first time setup, make sure that when installing the discrete GPU drivers that you DO NOT install drivers from the Nvidia website.
Also, do not install Nvidia Geforce Experience. Instead, install the drivers directly from HP for laptop GPUs (Nvidia in this case). Because the laptop automatically switches between the discrete GPU and the integrated graphics to save power for longer battery life it need the drivers from HP that allow it to do so.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
