So I have a Victus 15. I was using it yesterday, it went from 100 to 0 on charger and it’s charging now with solid amber LED. It was at 7 percent then went down to 0 on charger. Now, when I press the power button, it turns on and the fan turns on, but it stays on a black screen and turns off after. Suggestions or fixes?

That's why it's recommended to drain the battery to 0%. Unplug the charger, then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. Repeat this process 3 times. After that, plug in the charger (without the battery if possible) and test the laptop. Keep it plugged in for a while, then try turning it on later.
