Hi all! Had my laptop for 6 or so years, I’m coming across an issue where my laptop every 5 seconds the screen freezes (apps run perfectly fine not crashing or anything) & I don’t know if this is related to drives. I’ve completely rebooted it with personal files, no change, I’ve then factory reset it removing all personal files, no change, used HO Support Assistant & no updates are available, from a previous thread I saw a staff member advised to Roll Back Driver in Display Adaptors but that’s completely greyed out. Please help as soon as possible 🙂

I reviewed your post and I understand that the laptop is freezing.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you run a hardware test on the computer to make sure that all the hardware components are working fine on the computer.

Refer to the below article for detailed steps.
