HP spectre x-360 convertible [Personal Information Removed] . The device I mentioned above will not boot. The light near the charger outlet just turns solid white and stays solid white if held for 3 seconds will blink 3 times then turn off. I think it may be an motherboard issue.

This could be the adapter issue, try with an alternate power cord n adapter and check if that works fine.
