Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Computer was working perfectly fine went to work came home and now the power turns on and off with a bright white flash when i hit the power button. at one point it turned on for a minute with a screen that remind me of a old static tv the static screen with black and grey lines almost like the screens broken but its not. Ive even tried hooking it to a monitor and its not connecting to the display so i know its something other than a screen.
