One day I shut down my laptop When I turned on the laptop in the next day, I see that the laptop was turning on but the screen was not working. The caps lock were blinking once in 4 seconds and there was no beeping sound. The cooling fan of the laptop was running and the wifi lights were on.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is not booting to Windows and the caps lock light is blinking.
