HP won't recognize my serial number or product number (a problem for another day) but I have an HP pro x2 612 g1 that I bought several years ago.
I recently plugged it in to use after 2-3 months of not using it and it won't power on.
It's fully charged, the light by the charging port changed from solid amber to solid white. If I unplug it, and hold down the power button for 10 seconds, the caps lock key begins flashing very rapidly and doesn't stop until I let go of the power button. It gives one last brighter blink and then nothing.
It worked fine the last time I used it and it's just been sitting on my desk since then.
If this is the wrong board, please let me know.
