Product: Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fa1000 (9P833AV)

Laptop screen appears a black line. Issue raised in the first week of March 2025, remains unresolved.

please find below the status of the existing case id (Edited).

"It was found issue with hard disk, we will align an engineer to validate and replace the hard disk".

 

Kindly note that the issue remains open and unresolved.
