OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-c0000 (343L5AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi!

The screen periodically blinks and darkens in Explorer windows, browsers and other programs. After I move the cursor through dark places, the dark places are restored.
The latest drivers are installed.
I also changed the video card settings and reset them to their original settings.

A monitor is connected to the laptop, the problem occurs on both the monitor and the laptop screen

I attach photos of the menu items that I have. I ran all the tests and got only one error with the battery (I attach a photo).

Hi

I checked all the options you suggested and also did a hard reset, but it didn't help.
I noticed that problems rise when connecting a monitor via HDMI.

I tried connecting different monitors
