HP Laptop - 17-by3697nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Does anyone know why this is happening or how to fix it. I just bought this  laptop yesterday. It does this across the entire screen - even along my taskbar and in the window headings. It is not just in certain applications- it does this to the whole screen. It stops briefly if I move the mouse, but the moment I stop moving it and start typing it starts again. Please help!

Thanks for trying to help, but your message didn’t say which tab/option in BIOS. I know how to get to the BIOS screen, but I’m unsure of what I should be looking for once there?

You can check on any tab on the BIOS screen and see if you can duplicate the issue on the BIOS screen.

If no, then update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
