Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Laptop was shuttng down after 1 hr of use for a video call session. I was struggling with this for 3 months. Did not find any useful help or suggestions. 

 

I recently found that it is not sitting down when connected with the Power supply.

 

It looks like battery problem. Just wanted to share it in case it helps others.
