Hi, last night I was using my HP Notebook TPN-C125 (model 15-ac121dx) when it suddenly turned off without shutting down. Now it won't turn back on at all, when I press the POWER button it acts as if I never have. When I plug it in the charging light does not turn on.
I have already tried:
-Using a different power adapter, using a different wall outlet, without a surge protector
-Holding the POWER button for 60 seconds, with/without the battery, then trying to turn it on
-Removing the CMOS battery for a while
-Reseating/swapping out the RAM
I have done these multiple times, yet nothing has worked. Can anyone help me?
(I also tried turning it on without a HDD installed, so it definitely isn't my Windows installation)
