 I bought this laptop 3 months ago in Korea. Suddenly the screen came off its frame. It wasn't dropped or anything else.  I just used it as usual and when I closed it after using there was a cracking sound. I took it to the HP service center and they say that I have to pay half of repair costs which is more than $250 (half price is 250). Why should I pay for that if it is manufacturer's fault? I think I have the right to ask for replacement but they are refusing it. I am so disappointed 😞
