HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ee1000 (2E2L0AV)

I have an HP Envy that has the left hinge popping as can be seen in the image.  I was wondering how we go about having it fixed.  Searching through the community, this seems to be a common problem with the Envy.

While I can push it back while using it, this is not a feasible long term fix.20231118_083952 (1).jpg

Hi @Kl38 ,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

I understand that this is a Hardware issue. But the support here is limited to software troubleshooting. However, since the unit might need repair, I would request you to contact HP Phone support who would have the option to schedule a repair as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed.

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.

Please check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
