Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hey guys, i have a problem with a HP Victus 16" keyboard. Or more specific with the left Shift button which is working at all but when it comes to use it in a combination with C key it just don't do anything. It capitalize all other keys except letter C. No problem with right Shift + C.

External keyboard doesn't have this kind of problem. And the Shift works okay with all other letters. It is just this combination.

It is a brand new laptop. Doesn't work neither on Windows 10,11 and ubuntu 20.04lts.
