Hello everybody,
I was working with my new HP Laptop 15-da0xxx and suddenly something under the left botton of the touchpad got broken (or something) and now it seems like the botton was a bit floating, differently from the right one which is very stable (how the left was too).
Could anybody help?
Thank you

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
As you have mentioned that the left button is floating it looks like a mechanical issue and I recommend you contact support to check the available service options.
Here is how you can get in touch with tech support.
1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
If you wish to show appreciation for my efforts, mark my post as Accept as Solution. Your feedback counts!
Cheers!

Hello!
Yes, the problem is mechanical.
I arrived to this Forum exactly following the steps you were suggesting, as it was the suggested way to get support since the phonecall was not appearing as available.
I keep hoping the Forum can help or that i will be able to call the support by phone.
Thank you for your interest and disponibility though!
