Left hinge broken HP Envy HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15-ee0xxx

The hinge on the left hand side of the laptop has broken, and now the screen is coming away from its case and it does not close or open - it sounds like the screen will break if i move it. 

For now the touch screen still works.

I have taken extremely good care of this laptop, but it seems to be a common issue upon reading these threads. How do I get this repaired out of warranty?

I understand that this is Hardware issue. But the support here is limited to software troubleshooting. However, since the unit might need repair, I would request you to contact HP Phone support who would have an option to schedule a repair as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed.
