Product: HP EliteBook 830 G7 Notebook PC

Hello hp, please reply me as soon as possible, my laptop left side and middle lower has gone dim, I've no idea how too fix it, its just happened yesterday, a few times when i opened my laptop its screen went back to normal brightness but again back to dim and now its not going back to full brightness. I just updated the drivers throught intel official software but it didnt help. Please reach me fast. Thank you.

Hello.

 

This very much sounds like a hardware problem, updating drivers or other software likely has no effect on this.

 

The problem is either in the display cables inside the laptop and display, or in the display panel itself.

Either way you will need to take the laptop to a local HP authorized service partner and have them diagnose and fix the problem.
