What is your monitor (model) ? How do you connect them ?

It has following ports for external monitor.
- 1 HDMI
- 1 VGA (15-pin)
I don't know your monitor. HDMI is the best option for monitor in this case. Please hit f4 on your machine to send signals to your monitor. Hope this helps.
