HP ENVY Laptop 13-aq0000na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I bought this laptop new and found there is a horizontal line of pixels that appear to be dead but it fades away half way through the screen. I have made sure this wasn't due to the software by booting into the BIOS where the line still appears. What should I do to fix this?

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. As you've checked the display in bios and confirmed the lines are visible in BIOS and its not a software issue.

 

I would request you to reach out to our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options in order to diagnose the computer physically.
