I have a brand new stream . When I setup the device i didn’t choose a pin as said could do it later after that the physical keyboard will not work and it wont open unless i create one as neither the virtual keyboard will come up either as well as the physical keyboards. I tried restarting and pressing f10 and or escape and it does not work very frustrating . I cant return this til after lockdown so any help would be much appreciated

I reviewed your post and I understand that the keyboard is not working on your computer.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
Have you tried using a USB keyboard?
Meanwhile, I recommend you perform a system reset on the computer following the steps in the below article and check if it helps.
