Product: Pavilion gaming laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello. So There was several updates on my laptop and I decide to update it. After I decide to update I ran a battery diagnose to see if my battery is ok. Suddenly the laptop went off with load fan noise and blank screen. And I cant turn it off. Is my laptop died? 
please help with steps and thank you

Please attempt the below steps: 

 

Perform a hard reset 

 

Attempt a BIOS recovery  

 

Run the System Diagnostics tests
