  • Is it normal for the omen 16 battery life to be this bad 
  • I just bought the pc and i only used it for roughly 2h it went from 100% to 0% (mostly just watching videos)
  • What could be the problem?

No problem at all 2 hrs is about right for an Omen.  screen video card and CPU are chewing battery when watching videos

Dose that mean i should mostly work with the pc while its connected to the charger when am playing games or doing 3d work

Yes, battery on my Omen machine died after 2 years. I ONLY use my machine on average twice a month because I only use it for photos and videos editing of my grand children, not much during Covid-19.
