Product: HP M24 Webcam Monitor
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi All,
I've got an Elitebook 830 G6 and I recently purchased an M24 Webcam Monitor.
The monitor itself works fine, but when I try to use the built in Webcam, I move the slider across, it states "webcam enabled", but the screen is completely black.
This is if the laptop is docked, or if the HDMI cable is connected directly into the laptop. The cables I am using the ones supplied with the Monitor.
I've ensured I've got the latest firmware on the monitors but still no joy.
Previously I was using an external webcam plugged into the USB port without issues
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance
