MPP 2.0 Pen (Rechargeable)

I recently purchased the Hp MPP 2.0 Tilt pen and i`m confused whether its an active pen or not (since there is no bluetooth button or i just can´t seem to find it) Also, the tilt function is not working and the pressure sensitivity also seems to work only minimal.

And if i´m at it could somebody explain to me the difference between the MPP tilt pen and the classic HP tiltPen?
