Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Dear Friends

 

I got my Laptop several days ago, HP Pavilion x360 2in1 Laptop and it comes with MPP 2.0 Tilt Pen.

But the pen didn't work, even the cursor arrow.

 

Anything i can do to solve this problem?

What is your exact model or product number (sku) that has this ASDFG#ABC form. Please note that not all models are compatible with MMP 2.0.

according to the service manual page 23 the compatible pen is the following and is not an MMP 2.0

 

Zenvo Pen with cable L95614-001
