Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ew0000 (549V4AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I just recieved the HP ENvy x360 15-ew0000 and i have the tilt pen . 

 

The pen activates the screen when it's a few mm away which makes using the pen itself frustrating as it draws without having touched the screen and it also right clicks when tapping the screen. 

 

I have tried the solutions on this board; 

1) Reinstalling the pen drivers and resetting. 

2) Deleting the Keyboard Drivers in device manager and restarting

 

I tried another MPP 2.0 tilt pen that have access to through work (not mine) and that one works on this laptop perfectly, so i believe it is a pen issue and not a computer issue. 

 

Are there any other trouble shooting tips i can try or is it a doomed product?
