There is a lot of missing information on how the Envy 2in1 laptop screen handles support for Microsoft Pen Protocol. I really want to find out if they do and at least know what my specific model supports. That is the HP ENVY x360 2-in-1 Laptop 15-ew0006nw (6Y4R2EA) (HP ENVY x360 2-in-1 Laptop 15-ew0006nw (6Y4R2EA) - Specifications | HP® Support) On its page, it doesn't clarify much. The 15-ew0000 page (HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ew0000 IDS Base Model - Specifications | HP® Support) which appears to be the page for the base model lists in specifications under "Touchscreen display panel options" that the touch screen "Supports simultaneous pen and touch". My question is: What does that mean exactly?
Also somewhere in the maintenance document for the 15-ew0006nw I found that it supports
"Pen (Zenvo, with cable):
In natural silver finish L95614-001
In nightfall black finish L95615-001"
which are very unavailable by now. The thing is - these specific pens appear to be using MPP but the MPP isn't mentioned anywhere in the document. Can someone elaborate on this and tell me how I can get my hands on a compatible active stylus for the 15-ew0006nw (6Y4R2EA) and what is actually happening with it's MPP support for it?
