Hi

I doubt the values you are quoting.

Graphics3
Integrated:
  • Intel HD Graphics 3000
  • Intel HD Graphics for Celeron

So can you give the SKU: and a better listing of the hardware please.

Preinstalled:
  • Genuine Windows 7 Professional Edition 32
  • Genuine Windows 7 Professional Edition 64
  • Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium Edition 32
  • Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium Edition 64
  • Genuine Windows 7 Home Basic Edition 32
  • Genuine Windows 7 Starter 32
  • Genuine Windows Vista Business 32
  • Genuine Windows Vista Home Basic 32

Getting W10 64 bit to run in 1 GB of ram seems unlikely.

i meant my biult-in graphics display card and it`s AMD RADEON 7400M , but the primary one (intel 3000) works properly
for the amd card i think it will be solve by using heat gun as i saw on youtube
