Product: HP EliteBook 1040 G3 Base Model Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

please help me, my pc is not allowing me to boot up it keeps hanging and after a long time I press and hold the power button to force shut it down, I tried to restart the pc sometimes it will ask for bios password or it will boot normal but it will freeze again sometimes before I even input the Lock Screen password. A little glitch will happen on the screen and the system will freeze instantly, I tried windows 11 I thought it was the issue so I downgraded to windows 10 but it’s still the same thing even worse. At least windows 11 allows me to navigate for like 2 minutes before freezing but the windows 10 don’t even want to give me any chance at all. 

please someone help me out 🙏🙏🙏
