TASKBAR HAS CHANGED FROM DARK TO LIGHT COLOR,I WANT IT TO GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL COLOR,DARK

The steps in the document here may help in changing the taskbar colors in Windows 10.  If you have a different operating system please give some details.

THE BOX TO CHECK FOR START,TASKBAR AND ACTION CENTER IS GREYED OUT AND I CAN'T CHECK THE BOX....HELP!

You may need to create a new user with Administrative privileges as described in the post here.
