Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ew0000 (549V8AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I own a HP Envy x360 2-in-1 Laptop 15-ew0023dx (695B0UA) and just recently out of no where started to experience one of the hinges to fail and the screen start to move away from the LCD cover/backing. This is a common issue that I have seen from countless others and very conveniently so happens to arise outside of warranty periods, which is very frustrating as it seems that this is an internal design flaw and should something that is recalled or made more aware of. I hope that HP would at least consider trying to help fix my issue or help cover some of the costs because this is not an inexpensive laptop and being a graduate student is not only tough on funds but requires a lot of use of my computer and I don’t want anything worse to happen (like the display starts to get messed up), so I’m hoping that maybe someone can reach out with any tips or help on this issue. Thanks in advance.
