Hello All.
Need help. I am working from home (smart working), so I am using the VPN connection of my firm.
This VPN works only with IE 11.
The problem is that, when I click on the VPN icon on my firm Remote Desktop envinronment, a small IE11 window opens with the window's maximize function disabled (the other 2 funcitions on the upper right of the window work regularly).
I tried a million of button combinations (ctrl+alt+fn+pause, ctrl+alt+fn+p/r/b) but apparently nothing works).
Do you have clues?
Many thanks to anyone can help.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.
I would suggest you perform below troubleshooting steps:
- Right-click on the desktop and create a short cut to "Program Files/Internet Explorer/iexplore.exe"
- Right-click on the short cut and then select Properties.
- Click on the tab "Shortcut" and then change the value in the Run command to "Maximized".
- Click Apply.
- Now Internet Explorer will open in the maximized state when you click on any short cut to iexplore.exe (By Microsoft Support)
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
