Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I am Meka, the proud owner of an HP Laptop PC 15s-fq5xxx purchased in 2022. I am encountering a persistent issue where the laptop screen blinks (flickering ) whenever the microphone is activated, significantly hindering my work. After some troubleshooting, I discovered that disabling the microphone driver resolves the display flickering problem.

Despite updating and rolling back the drivers, the issue persists, particularly when using the built-in microphone. Interestingly, this problem occurred before, but it resolved itself after some time. To further investigate, I tested with an external microphone, and it worked flawlessly.

I kindly request your assistance in addressing and resolving this matter at your earliest convenience, as it significantly impacts my ability to work effectively.
