Hallo everybody!
I experiencing some problem with the original Microsoft App Photos in my laptop, it just won't open!
My laptop is a Windows 10 64-bit .
Since I removed a software called "Advanced System Repair" the Photos App won't open anymore!
I'm not really an expert about these things and I think that my problem is related about the removal of this software but I'm not sure!
Can someone help me please with this issue?

The "Repair" software might not have done you any favors, it is possible that it interfered with other software. Some of the stuff you can download and install on your computer can be disruptive.
Regardless, having removed the software, it is expected that any residual damage can be fixed.
That said, Windows Photos is a Microsoft Application available from the Microsoft Store.
You have at least a couple (and perhaps a few) options, including uninstalling the App and reloading it from the Store.
Reset / Repair / Uninstall an Application
Settings > Apps > Apps and Features
In the little search box "Search this list", type Photos
In the results list, (you should see) Windows Photos
Click on the application box
Click / Select Advanced Options
Choices are displayed, usually including at least one or more of the following:
Reset
Repair
Uninstall
First time, 'round, if the choice is available, try "Repair"
No joy? If the choice is available, try "Reset"
No joy? If the choice is available, try "Uninstall"
Reminder: Windows Photos is an application to view your photo files. Windows Photos is not "your photos".
If you end up uninstalling the application,
Restart the computer and log in
Open the Windows Store
Find, download, and install Windows Photos

I have tried to repair and reset it without success and I don't have the option to uninstall the app!
I have contacted the support team of the ASRepair but I didn't get any help from them!!!
Well, Rats.
The only other place I can think of to uninstall a Windows application is within the Windows Start environment. In the case of "Photos", it takes you right back to Settings > Apps > Microsoft Photos - so no help there.
Apparently, you can get this application from the Windows Store but once you have it installed, you cannot get rid of it.
Extraordinary. I must be missing something. ?
You might best ask at the Microsoft Community forum.
The only other thing I can think of is to use System Restore to backtrack to before you removed the Repair software. Even assuming you saved a Restore Point and can indeed "go back", that seems counter intuitive since the whole point was to get the "repair" software OFF of the computer. On the other hand, if you are right about removing the software affecting the operation of the application, at least you could check your theory. Personally, I'd not do it - unwanted software should not normally be given a chance to crawl back onto the system (personal opinion).
If I think of anything useful to add, I will post back.

Thanks for your advice!
Everytime that I try to see one of my photos via the Microsoft Photos App it appear one error message on the screen written: file system error -2147219196.
Does somebody know what this means?

You are welcome.
Have you asked for help from the Microsoft community?
Error 2147219196
The error is related to app crash and the windows store.
A quick check in Google search results in several articles.
For example,
[Fix] File System Error 2147219196 in Photos or Other Store Apps
This article includes a way to force remove the app (Step 2)
Use at your own discretion.
Because the more obvious Reset and Repair options available in Settings do not work, you will have to do a bit of research and decide what you want to do about the issue. If the example is not to your liking - or if it does not work - try something else.
If all else fails, do ask at Microsoft Community.
What else?
At the very least, before you make any more changes to the computer, consider creating that Restore Point discussed earlier.
Create Restore Point
Before making any changes to your system, always create a Restore Point!
Stop / Exit all programs: Browsers, games, Applications, etc.
Control Panel > icon view > System > System Protection >
Click (Highlight) your main disk (C) > Select Create a Restore Point
OR
(As available)
Create a restore point now for the drives that have system protection turned on
Create
Will the Restore Point protect you?
Unknown - it is certainly better to have a Restore Point than to not have one when you need it...
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Reminder:
The error is Windows centric - the error is not bound to your brand of computer.
