Hi all. I just got this laptop with a touchscreen. While setting it up, I noticed the highest display resolution I could go to was the recommended 1366 x 768. I wanted to use a 1920 x 1080 one.
I've done the upgrade driver option but it says my driver is the most updated version already.

Its specs
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06632454
which clearly says it has 15.6" diagonal HD, BrightView, micro-edge, WLED-backlit, touch screen, 220 nits, 45% NTSC (1366 x 768) display.
Software/drivers won't be able to increase its resolution because it only has a fix number of LED lights.
Regards.
