HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ew0000 (549V4AV)

Why is the Case not opened on my Notebook when I reported the problem to the local HP service partner that was recommended to me through this site.

It was registered and accepted on October 3, 2023

The following steps have already taken place:
1. Accepted order. Diagnostics of the device is in progress.
Today is October 16, 2023

4. Ordered part. A part was ordered to order.
5. In solution. The order is being worked on.

Today is October 10, 2023
A week has passed and we are still waiting for spare parts, because we have 30 days to do it, after the customer, he will wait.

The page says step 5, it's actually in step 4.

HP is silent, looks like HP doesn't care.

Today is October 11, 2023

It has been 8 days since I contacted the contracted HP service partner that was recommended to me on this page.

The HP Case is still not open and I can't figure out why.

I didn't hear from that HP service partner either.

They just keep saying that they are waiting for spare parts.

You call this HP support?

Nothing has changed, still waiting for a replacement part and it still hasn't been created in the HP case

Today is October 18, 2023

Today, I learned that the replacement part for which is waiting will be available after October 25, that's a dream, it can't be true....
