Missing Keys

I’m missing two keys for the HP Beats Special sedition 15 Notebook PC.  Do you know where I can order single keys and the attachment?

I reviewed your post and I understand that some of the keys are missing on the keyboard and you would like to know from where you can order the keys.

I would like to inform you that you need to replace the entire keyboard on the computer and there is no option from HP to replace single keys.

I recommend you contact support and they will assist you in getting the keyboard replaced.

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
