OMEN by HP Laptop PC - 15-ax001la (ENERGY STAR)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

DIAGNOSIS:
As the title says, I am missing my main screen's drivers, or that's what I'm assuming, since my screen's been not working and only shows the second screen connected via HDMI to the NVIDIA driver. The main screen, that was originally controlled by the Intel card present, isn't working either in the BIOS menu or just Windows 10, however when I boot into my Linux Mint (or any linux distro) the screen works just fine, so I know it's working.

QUESTION:
If possible I would like to have some guidance on how I can find out which screen model I own, which drivers of the ones available I should try, if any, or where can I download any of the drivers for my screen.
If anyone has any idea for a fix that differs from my idea, I'd love to hear it.

RESEARCH:
As mentioned before I cant find the specific screen model installed in my laptop, tho I have clues of what models they might be;
Based on HP's illustrated parts (https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06509337#en_ww-DisplayAssemblySubcomponentsdisplay-4F76D2BA) I could have either:
-15.6 in, FHD, 60 Hz (spare part n° L24374-001)
-15.6 in, FHD, 60 Hz, 300 nits (spare part n° L47065-001)
-15.6 in, UHD, 60 Hz (spare part n° L24378-001)
Based on my laptop's manual (http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05357609.pdf#%5B%7B%22num%22%3A14642%2C%22gen%22%3A0%7D%2C%7B%...) it could be either of the following:
- 15.6" FHD AG UWVA 220 eDP, Slim (spare part n° 752920-014)
- 15.6" UHD AG UWVA 300 eDPU Slim (spare part n° 842484-004)

When I go to the windows device manager and attempt to manually update my only unknown device's drivers (which I am assuming is my screen) I get the following options of manufacturers:
- (Standard display types)
- Intel Corporation
- Microsoft
- NVIDIA
Since both my Intel card and NVIDIA card are working correctly, I'll ignore both of these manufacturers.
The following options are available from the rest of them:
(Standard display types):
- Microsoft Basic Display Adapter
- Microsoft Basic Display Adapter (Low Resolution)
- Microsoft Basic Display Adapter (No ACPI support)
Microsoft:
- Microsoft Hyper-V Video
- Microsoft Remote Display Adapter
- Microsoft Virtual Render Driver
- Virtual Display Adapter

FAILED ATTEMPTS:
I have already:
- Ran a fix via the "Windows 10 Media Creation Tool"
- Ran both:
sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
- Reset the CMOS via taking the battery out
- Updated my BIOS
- Taken out both my sticks of ram (to refresh them)
- Ran available "Intel Graphics Command Center" test
- Ran available "HP" test

CANNOT:
Run tests that only run on the laptop's main screen
As I've mentioned my main screen does not work, thus I cannot run tests that need it.
It was scary enough to run the "Windows 10 Media Creation Tool" fix, however it did not need any input from me as a user, and thus could be ran.
I place this as the reason for not running HPs UEFI Diagnosis Test.

I'd love to get some help to have my laptop screen back 🙂
