My Laptop monitor keeps freezing and slowly turning white with parts also turning purple and green. Im fairly sure this is a hardward issue, as the locations of areas turning purple and green are consistent each time, in addition im fairly sure the issue is isolated to the monitor itself and not the graphics card, as often the only way to unfreeze it and turn it back to its regular state, is to either adjust the monitor or apply a small amount of pressure to the back of the screen. How can I fix this issue?

Hi @MaxLeach

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Have a great day!
