Hi All,

I used to run three screens in total in my set up

Laptop Screen

External Monitor via laptop HDMI out

External Monitor via Anker USB-c  to HDMI Device

Now when I plug in the monitor through the Anker device the laptop cant seem to see the screen.

Here is what I have tried so far
1. Different HDMI cable
2. Different Anker device
3. Updated bios
4. Updated all drivers/

5. Run and installed all updated via HP support assistant

Now if I plug the monitor directly into the laptop it works, you can see the device in display settings BUT you cant see the second monitor when you go into intel® Graphics Control Panel.

I'm not sure what else to try to get all three screens working, I have ordered a usb-c to 2 hdmi outputs to give that a try, hopefully, that will arrive on Monday.

So annoying as this set up for perfect for months.

Thanks
