Product: HP EliteBook 820 G3 Base Model Notebook PC
I am using a HP EliteBook 820 G3. I connected an external monitor via the VGA port and it was working fine. Subsequently I installed Windows updates and after this the monitor stopped working properly.
The monitor is still detected; it shows the taskbar just fine. The rest of the screen only shows a blue display with the Windows icon.
I tried rolling back the Intel driver and it made no difference. I then uninstalled and reinstalled the driver. Still no success.
