HP Laptop - 17-by3613dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It's been about 2 weeks since I bought my laptop and when I'm working on it, the windows start moving, the windows minimize and I have trouble 'grabbing' onto a window and continuing to work on it, besides the fact that they zoom as to enlarge and minimize the text and features that I finally grab.

I already was online with Customer Support and after Locking the Taskbars, it seemed to become stable, but today --two days later, it is back to misbehaving.

Help!

3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Step 2 HP Support Assistant Updates -

Also, update the BIOS, refer to the document Consumer Desktop PCs - Updating the BIOS  for help.

Run SFC Scan-

1) Select Start, and in the search box, enter Command Prompt. Press and hold (or right-click) Command Prompt (Desktop app) from the search results and select Run as administrator.

2) Enter DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth (note the spaces before each "/").
