I am looking for a way to connect a 2nd monitor to my

HP 15.6", Laptop Intel Pentium Processor 4GB RAM, 128GB UFS, Scarlet Red, Windows 11, 15-fd0083wm

I'm looking for something to extend the display NOT MIRROR.... the USB-C does not support video.

I would like to find a laptop dock if possible, if not just an HDMI adapter that would do this for me.

Any docking station that has video will required  a thunderbolt port for video for example

You wish to add an 2nd monitor for a total of 3 displays.

There are two ways do to this both have lag for gaming

You can project your display to any  external monitor or tv that has Wi-Fi adapter such as ROKU or Microsoft Wireless Display.

You can obtain a USB2/3 to HDMI adapter.  This is not a USB-C cable.  The adapter either has software or, more likely, it will be recognized by windows

I suspect you will need 8gb of memory and may have to reduce the resolution and refresh.
