Is it possible to change the multiple desktops 4 finger swipe animation? When I swipe with 4 fingers it slides to the left or right but I want it to slide in sync with my fingers just like when I scroll up and down with 2 fingers. The whole screen slides with a small 4 finger swipe. How can I change this?

Thank you for your interest and reply but unfortunately the article didnt't help me. When I launch the mouse properties for touchpad gestures, 4 finger gestures are not seen there. I can slide between multiple desktops by swiping with 4 fingers but can't see the 4 finger gestures settings. I'm not sure whether my synaptics driver is updated to latest version or not.

@iamsafak,

It is great to have you back and your patience is greatly appreciated.

You can download and install the latest driver for the touchpad from the below link.

If the option is not there in the gesture settings then you will not be able to change it.
