HP 250 15.6 inch G9 Notebook PC (511V8AV)

Can USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 on HP 250 G9 be used for external monitors in extension?  Such as https://www.startech.com/en-us/display-video-adapters/usb32hd2

I would desperately like to run 3 monitors on my HP 250 G9 but unfortunately the usb-c port doesn't support video so a docking station is out of the question.  Hoping someone has some ideas.

Its specs

If you wish to connect 2 external monitors (only-total 3), you can use

  • Monitor 1: HDMI direct cable,
  • Monitor 2: Using a Displaylink Certified USB-A to HDMI adapter such as

                                     USB to HDMI Adapter

Other option (USB-A dock):   https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05357751

Would i be able to use https://www.amazon.com/Adapter-DisplayLink-Graphics-Outputs-Compatible/dp/B094G5JLNC/ref=sr_1_20?cri...

It is a displaylink certified adapter that would allow me to extend to 2 additional screens or is there some limitation as to why i can only extend to one additional screen?  I guess i should specify that I'm looking to use 3 monitors and not use the laptop screen at all, my eyesight is quite awful and the laptop screen is just too small for me to use quickly.
